THE BREAK-IN : feature for New Line Cinema - 1st draft almost complete. Will Ferrell is attached (supposedly).
COMEDY DEATH-RAY : Still on Tuesdays -- lineups booked thru March -- some amazing shows!
SHARK TALE 2 : What do you care? You didn't like the first one.
COMEDY DEATH-RAY DVDs : An update is coming soon, from what we understand. Stay tuned!

THE "ANYONE CAN HOST COMEDY DEATH-RAY" CONTEST!

"Take my wife please?" More like "Take over our show, pretty please!" Comedy Death-Ray is giving one lucky fan the chance to host a show!

The winner will get the opportunity of a lifetime -- to host February 8th's show, starring famous comedians David Cross, Todd Barry, Andy Kindler, Brendon Small and MORE!

1. Eligibility: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Open to legal United States residents, excluding Puerto Rico and other United States territories, who are planning to, and legally able to be make paid entrance to The "M" Bar, Located at 1253 North Vine, Los Angeles in the state of California on February 8, 2005. Entrant must be 21 years of age or older as of the date of this entry and plan on making paid attendance to said performance of COMEDY DEATH RAY regardless of chance to win. Employees of The "M" Bar, Fun Bunch Comedy, The Comedy Death Ray, DJ Hatecrime Productions, their ad agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. Similarly, anyone attending the New Year's Eve party hosted by BJ Porter and Neil Mahoney are similarly ineligible. This sweepstakes is valid from January 31, 2005 until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on February 7, 2005. All entries must be received during the time period to be eligible. Only one complete entry per name or email address. Cases of two people sharing the same name or email address will be disputed according to CA statutes of third party arbitration and settled out of court to no cost of The "M" Bar, Fun Bunch Comedy, The Comedy Death Ray or DJ Hatecrime Prods. Any Accompanying musical acts appearing the night of the performance assume no risk, or liability and are indemnified of any contractual obligations referenced herein.

2. To Enter: Registration is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, submit a name and email address. Fun Bunch Comedy is not responsible for any late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, postage-due or misdirected entries.

3. On or about February 8, 2005, a panel of judges will select one winning entry from all addresses received. Upon hosting, 100% of the winners' "original" jokes, bits, clothing and anything possibly construed as "performance material" become the property of Fun Bunch Comedy and will not be returned. Entrant agrees that upon winning all of said material is granted to Fun Bunch Comedy without cost and is permitted to be exhibited on, but not limited to "BEST WEEK EVER", "THE JIMMY KIMMEL SHOW", FRIDAY NIGHT STANDUP, STANDUP SIT DOWN COMEDY, CAROLINE'S COMEDY HOUR of MTV's HALF HOUR COMEDY HOUR. Entrants must be present to win. The winning entrant will be notified on February 8, 2005 at approximately 8:30 Pacific Standard Time (aka "show time").

4. By entering this contest you agree to allow Fun Bunch Comedy share your information including address, phone and email with participating online stores, labor unions, weeknight comedy shows and vendors so they may send you information on their services and also agree to accept correspondence addressed to the "Producers" and judges in regards to Debt Consolidation, legal subpoenas and automotive registration.

5. Limitations of Liability: Entrants agree to release, discharge and save harmless the owners of The "M" Bar, Fun Bunch Comedy, The Comedy Death Ray, and DJ Hatecrime Prods., their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from entrant's participation in this sweepstakes and/or entrant's acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize, or lost or misdirected prizes. Any reference to sexual positions in jejune (adjective) (noun) format, (i.e. "rusty trombone", "dirty sanchez," "humbucking Kleenex" et. al) in lieu of jokes will result in immediate disqualification and replacement of host by Doug Benson for remainder of show.

6. By participating, entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules and if selected as winners, entrants a) agree to be funnier than any other available host at start of show; b) acknowledge and agree that no additions, substitutions, transfers, exchanges, refunds or credit or cash redemptions of the prize are permitted, except at the sole discretion of the judges due to prize unavailability; c) agree that all federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winners; d) agree to allow the use of their names, photographs and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation; and e) understand and agree that within 3 days after notification of winner status, the winners will complete an affidavit of eligibility and release, and provide any other documentation required by The "M" Bar, Fun Bunch Comedy, The Comedy Death Ray, and DJ Hatecrime Prods. (including a criminal background check).

7. By entering this contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final.

8. For a copy of the Official Winner's list, review the "Comedy Death-Ray" website, located at www.comedydeathray.com, or "Mr. Show and Other Comedy" board located at www.aspecialthing.com the day after the performance.
